This Refund Policy outlines the terms related to donations and payments made to Isha Shakti Welfare Organisation.
All donations made to Isha Shakti Welfare Organisation are voluntary and non-refundable. Once a donation is successfully processed, it cannot be reversed except in cases required by applicable law.
In case of accidental duplicate payments or technical errors, donors must notify us within 7 days of the transaction. After verification, eligible refunds will be processed accordingly.
If an incorrect donation amount was entered due to error, please contact us immediately. We will review the request and may process a refund at our discretion.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank.
